W hen Vince first called, he and his family had long term plans to finish their expat lifestyle and return home to Brisbane.
Those plans included setting us to work to build a portfolio of 3 prestige properties including the identification of their future home. With a strong focus in the Bulimba area, we conducted an exhaustive search of on and off-market properties through our extensive network.
This amazing home was the hidden gem they coveted. In a commanding position on the ridgeline, this grand colonial had been extensively renovated and extended. With family friendly attributes including 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large flowing living area, significant outdoor entertaining spaces and flat yard with 20m pool. Not to forget the stunning city views and walking distance to the café lifestyle in Bulimba and ferry terminal to the CBD.

Having plans to one-day return to live in Brisbane from our current home in the US, we decided to take the first step and buy a property we would hope to one day move into. Having grown up in Brisbane, we had a good idea what we were looking for. On first approaching Meighan, she took the time to thoroughly understand these needs. Following this start we had every confidence that she would be able to identify properties that would be a good fit for us. Unfortunately, as it happened, there was nothing available on the market at the time that fitted our wishes, so Meighan, through her contacts, found the perfect property off-market and negotiated the sale for us.
Although we did not have a chance to visit the property in person prior to the sale, we found the whole process smooth and stress-free. At all stages her communication was clear and the processes in place at Property Pursuit were user-friendly and logical.
We cannot recommend the services of Meighan and Property Pursuit enough. We have no doubt at all that we would have never found our future home without her efforts on our behalf. We have since visited the property and cannot be happier!
