S cott Savage and Denise McNaught were repatriating from Nambia and wanted a home close to St Peter’s Lutheran College in Indooroopilly where their children had started attending school. It was close to public transport and parks, had easy access to the CBD and Airport and was a 15-minute drive to St Peter’s. The property was listed for sale at $939,000; however, we were able to negotiate the purchase price to $920,000.
