It was a ground floor unit that had an enclosed courtyard and was within walking distance to cafes, parks and public transport. The market appraisal was $350-355,000, and the property was listed at offers between $340-380,000. We negotiated the price to $350,000 and were also able to secure pet approval for the dog.
